Latin cardio is an hr of non-stop dancing. We go thru a number of different Latin dances every class. merengue, salsa, cha cha, rumba, bossa nova and cumbia are some of the dances we do in class. There is no partner work. Steps are explained as we dance. There is no stopping and going over steps. It usually takes a few classes before a student picks up everything. Great class for a dancer to practice his fundamentals.

We strongly recommend that you supplement your group classes with private dance lessons so that you progress more rapidly and do not develop any bad habits.
